Hard Rock Hotel Cancun

Loved our stay, had good 10 days overall. Favourable and unbeatable location near Playa - Beach. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel has perfect staff and food, I loved it.

Came in Cancun to relax and have fun, this all-inclusive hotel was comfortable place for doing it. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel staff was not so good.

I loved that the hotel was lively and fairly clean. The restaurant was amazing with an awesome staff here, I had excellent dishes.

I would definitely recommend because I loved it and did not want to leave there. Thanks all for a good stay for one night. The breakfast offered lots of outstanding meals.

Recently refurbished hotel with a top-class staff and a pool bar. The view was spectacular, the breakfast was marvellous. It was in a beachfront setting away from all restaurants.

Perfect check-in, condescending staff, cozy room. Outdoor bar was amazing. Our room had a quiet bed and an awesome view. Helpful service everywhere too. Had access to its wifi, it was great.

Warm stay in the tourist area. Staff and location were very good, and I liked a friendly vibe of the hotel. Convenient access to the amazing beach located near the venue.

The staff was very impressive, comfortable bed, well prepared breakfast. The views from our quiet bedroom were extraordinary! Free parking and clean modern facilities.

Overall, it's amazing base for exploring Cancun attractions. Perfect and very tasty food.

Had an outstanding stay here. Professional hotel with thorough stuff and I loved secure location. Was great to be near the beach. Average, average room with awesome views and 2 queen beds, as for instance. Restaurant in venue was spacious and the pool area was clean.

New-fashioned rooms, supportive staff, wonderful location - liked it! They made my stay very lovely. I slept so comfy in the so so comfy bed. Continental breakfast with plenty of options. Hot drinks at pool bar, impeccable service. There was an average restaurant, stores and a market next door👌

Actually everything was immaculate, you're dope! Breakfast was average, the room stunning, we had a pleasant enough time. Ideal location to avenida kukulkan. Very big suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. We loved the sparkling clean condition of the hotel and the staff was extra helpful to us.

Staff was excellent and food was good. We booked a suite and appreciated it. It was adjacent to Playa Ballenas. Hotel's bar was fantastic. It was a great stay.

It was worth its 5 stars. The stuff was attentive, room was good sized. Give kudos to concierge. Ironing service and wake up calls were free of charge too.
